Eucalyptus 80/85 is a colorless redistilled essential oil that is food grade and USP. It is called 80/85 because it is standardized to a minimum Cineol (or Eucalyptol) content of 80% which is the key aromatic component (Aroma Chemical) in Eucalyptus Globulus 80/85.
Eucalyptus 80/85 is the most common commercial Eucalyptus variety that is available in today's essential oil marketplace. This oil is produced mainly in China and Australia but could potentially be produced in most sub-tropical regions and is often seen growing voluntarily even in California.
