Part Used: Herb. Fresh Jewelweed is a common Ozark remedy for Poison Ivy rash. Applied as soon after exposure as possible. It has been shown to have anti-fungal properties, used internally and externally. Some have used it with success used as a preventative before exposure to poison ivy.
