NOW® Probiotic Defense™ contains 13 active bacterial strains and has been designed to support gastrointestinal health and immune system function. FOS is also included in this product to assist healthy growth of Acidophilus and Bifidus organisms.* NOW® Probiotic Defense™ is stable at room temperature, requiring no refrigeration.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 rounded teaspoon (770 mg) 3 times daily with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with one 1/4 rounded teaspoon per day and gradually increase to three 1/4 rounded teaspoons per day.
Other Ingredients: Fermented Molasses, Probiotic Cultures, Chicory Root, Inulin/FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide), Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Contains milk derivatives.
Contains no salt, starch, corn, soy, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians. May contain trace levels of dairy protein. The friendly bacteria contained in this product are commonly found as soil organisms.
