This product can be convenient and tasty way to increase the level of dietary fiber which is typically half of government recommended levels. Psyllium husks have the ability to swell up to 100 times their initial volume when added to water or juice.
Serving Size: 1 Tbsp Suggested Use: Mix 1 tablespoon into 8-12 oz of juice or water, 1 to 3 times daily. Drink additional fluids throughout the day. Free of: milk, corn, egg, wheat, soy, yeast, salt. Other Ingredients: psyllium husk powder (plantago asiatica), apple fiber, fructose, natural apple flavor. Warnings: Take this product as recommended.
