Textured Soy Protein (T.S.P.) Granules are an unflavored and versatile food.
They are normally used in place of meat for vegetarian burgers, casseroles, stews, soups and chili.
NOW Textured Soy Protein (T.S.P.) Granules are made entirely from soybeans.
It is extruded like pasta but with some air forced in to produce a meatlike texture.
It has no chemical additives and is an excellent source of protein, fiber, magnesium and iron. NOW also supplies T.S.P. chunks which are darker in color and about 3/4" in size.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup (43 g) Suggested Use: For normal use, pre-soak in water or seasoned sauce to soften before using.
Just simmer for 25 minutes. Other Ingredients: Textured Soy Protein from defatted soybeans. Warnings:
