From the FDA's website: Some scientific evidence suggests that consumption of antioxidant vitamins may reduce the risk of certain forms of cancer. However, FDA has determined that this evidence is limited and not conclusive.
Suggested Use: Citric Acid is a food grade acid which occurs in many natural foods. It can be used to reduce spoilage in sprouting by adding 1 tsp per qt of soak and rinse water.
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, preservatives, chemical additives, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, milk, and excipients.
