Certified Organic Whole Wheat NOW Couscous is a precooked, dried granular pasta prepared from Whole Wheat Organic Durum Semolina.

Suggested Usage:
Pour 1 cup of couscous in a saucepan, add 3/4 cup of boiling salted water and stir.
Cover and let sit for at least 5 minutes.
Add 1 tsp of butter or olive oil and fluff couscous gently with a fork.
Serve warm.
