Body and Bath Herbs are combinations of all natural botanicals and pure essential oils. Herbal baths can be soothing, stimulating, refreshing, and healing for both the body and the mind. To prepare an herbal bath, fill a muslin bag with herbs and hang from tap while water is running. During bath, immerse bag in water and gently squeeze bag to release all the essences of the herbs. For a stronger infusion, boil herbs in a quart of water for 10 minutes and pour into tub.
